Just signed up and willing to help out. One suggestion, if you don't already have a forum Just for the Moderators and the Administration-Make one! Alos make it so that only the mods/admin can view, post, read it.

No you set it up to work on here.
You just have it set so "groups" can only view it, read it and ect.
